When you go into forums and places like Yahoo Answers about anti-aging, the same questions always seem to arise, i.e. "Which anti wrinkle cream is the best" or "Which anti aging products give the best results".
Whilst there is nothing wrong with these questions and and the fact that some anti wrinkle creams do work and are effective, this is only half of the anti aging equation.
What people tend not to know, or either ignore, is the fact that aging also comes from within. Your aging starts from the inside with your cells. Yes, there are also external factors which age your skin such as the sun and smoking, but your wrinkles also happen because of what is going on inside you.
