Anti Aging Anti wrinkle creams come in all forms and consist of all kinds of ingredients.  So how do we know what are the best ingredients to have in an anti wrinkle cream?

Well, there are a few 'tested' ingredients known to smooth out wrinkles and also to prevent future wrinkles.  Namely, these are:

• Retinol
• Copper Peptides
• Matrylix3000
• Hyaluronic Acid
• Omega 3s

The thing is that it's hard to find one anti aging anti wrinkle cream that consists of all of these ingredients.  Most creams that are on the market normally only consist of only one or two of these 'key' ingredients.
